Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (.NET)

InEight develops construction project controls software. The Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer will design, build, and deliver capabilities for the Inspect SaaS platform, lead modernization efforts, and contribute to tools connecting Inspect data with AI agents.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver scalable, cloud-based software solutions across the InEight Inspect platform using .NET, Angular, and Azure technologies
• Lead technical design, architecture discussions, and implementation planning for new product capabilities in partnership with Product, UX, and Engineering teams
• Drive platform modernization initiatives, including .NET, Angular, and application architecture upgrades, while balancing ongoing feature delivery
• Champion engineering excellence through code reviews, testing strategies, CI/CD best practices, performance optimization, and maintainable software design
• Design and implement integrations with Azure services and emerging AI technologies to support product innovation and future platform capabilities
• Mentor and guide engineers, fostering technical growth, collaboration, and high-quality delivery across the team
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, UX, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver reliable, customer-focused solutions in an Agile environment
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, manage technical debt, and contribute to the long-term scalability, security, and quality of the platform

Requirements:

• 10+ years of software development experience, including 6+ years in senior, lead, or principal engineering roles
• Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, .NET technologies, and modern web application development
• 5+ years of experience designing and building cloud-based solutions in Microsoft Azure
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular preferred), TypeScript, and responsive web application development
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, SQL Server, and scalable SaaS application architectures
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, source control, and automated testing practices
• Proven ability to design, deliver, and support complex enterprise software solutions at scale
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills, with experience mentoring engineers and driving architectural decisions
• Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and help lead modernization initiatives, including cloud, platform, and development tool advancements
• Angular preferred
