Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support enterprise Infrastructure Services initiatives, including Networking, Server Operations, Workstation Services, Microsoft 365, Telecommunications, and Service Center projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and delivering successful technology solutions.

This role requires close collaboration with Infrastructure teams, ServiceNow administrators, project stakeholders, vendors, and end users to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements.
• Partner with Infrastructure, Networking, Telecom, and Service Desk teams on enterprise projects.
• Perform data analysis and develop actionable insights for decision-making.
• Create business process flows, functional specifications, and technical requirements documentation.
• Support solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment activities.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate solutions against business requirements.
• Develop training materials, procedures, and user documentation.
• Assist with Request for Proposals (RFPs), Scope of Work (SOWs), and vendor evaluations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve operational processes and system performance.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting assistance.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
• Experience with:
  • CMDB Discovery
  • Asset Management
  • Inventory Management
  • ServiceNow Integrations
  • Webex Integration
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 / Office 365.
• Experience working with:
  • Microsoft Teams
  • SharePoint Online
  • Exchange Online
  • OneDrive
• Strong Data Analytics and reporting experience.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI experience preferred.
• Experience supporting Infrastructure-related projects.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Experience gathering requirements and working directly with business and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Telecommunications Expense Management experience.
• VoIP and Telecommunications project experience.
• Contract Management, RFP, and Vendor Management experience.
• Experience supporting Networking or Server Infrastructure environments.
• Government, Healthcare, Banking, or Enterprise IT experience is highly preferred.
