Project Manager

Third Eye Health is a healthcare technology company delivering clinician-led telehealth support for patient-centered care. The Project Manager leads software development initiatives, coordinating teams and ensuring projects meet clinical, technical, regulatory, and operational needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans, define scope, establish timelines, and coordinate resources for software initiatives supporting health system workflows
• Facilitate communication between engineering, product, QA, clinical operations, compliance, and IT teams
• Ensure project requirements reflect clinical workflows, EHR integration needs, interoperability standards, and regulatory expectations
• Works with development team to code and designs software applications based on user specifications
• Collaborates with internal and external systems engineers, and programmers to design systems to support required applications
• Monitors and assists with testing and validation procedures and programming
• Provide clear, timely updates to technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Recommend enhancements to development workflows, documentation practices, and cross‑team communication
• Additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience as a project manager in software development environment
• Direct experience working with EHR systems, clinical workflows, or healthcare IT platforms
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for clinical and operational audiences
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong knowledge of SQL, C#, and Swift (iOS)
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
• Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
