Technical Project Manager

CFS Solutions builds check imaging and deposit automation software for banks and credit unions. The Project Manager — Implementation takes new clients from signed agreement through go-live, managing projects, configuring software and terminals, validating readiness, and coordinating technical partners.

Responsibilities:

• Own 20+ implementation projects at a time: schedule, client communication, and the HubSpot project record
• Run requirements calls with banks, credit unions, and our reseller partners
• Install and configure CFS server software on Linux (hosted and on-prem), then set up and license the terminals
• Validate connectivity, file transmission, and transaction completeness before go-live
• Coordinate on-site technicians, core providers, and image processors through testing and cutover
• Troubleshoot configuration, authentication, and network issues through onboarding and beyond

Requirements:

• 2+ years running client-facing implementation or technical projects, several at once
• Hands-on Linux: install software from the command line, manage systemd services, edit config files, read logs
• Working knowledge of SFTP, HTTPS, and TLS
• comfortable in Windows services and remote-access tools
• Clear written and spoken communication with technical and non-technical people
• Follow-through — you chase open items and close loops without being asked
