Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Project Coordinator with Oracle Fusion experience to support project planning, coordination, tracking, and execution. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating projects in an Oracle Fusion environment, working with cross-functional teams, and supporting project managers to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.

The candidate will assist with project documentation, status reporting, task tracking, meeting coordination, and stakeholder communication while helping maintain project schedules and resolve project-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, schedules, timelines, and deliverables across multiple teams.
• Support Oracle Fusion-related projects, including implementation, enhancement, rollout, or system upgrade initiatives.
• Schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, and track action items.
• Maintain project plans, trackers, status reports, risk logs, issue logs, and milestone documentation.
• Monitor project progress and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Prepare project status reports, presentations, dashboards, and updates for project managers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with business users, technical teams, functional consultants, and other project stakeholders.
• Assist in tracking project risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests.
• Support project managers with day-to-day project administration and coordination activities.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure project information is updated regularly.
• Help coordinate testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment activities, and post-go-live support, as required.
• Ensure effective communication and follow-ups across cross-functional teams.

• 5 8 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or project management support.
• Experience working on Oracle Fusion Cloud projects is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion modules such as ERP, Financials, Procurement, HCM, or SCM is an advantage.
• Understanding of project lifecycle activities, project schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with project tracking and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational, communication, documentation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
• Must be available to work 100% onsite in San Jose, California.

• Experience supporting Oracle Fusion implementation, migration, integration, or enhancement projects.
• Exposure to Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with project status reporting, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies), and project governance processes.
• Experience coordinating with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
