Partners with Manufacturing IT Platform Owners and IT Security team members to execute system maintenance according to established standard procedures.
Collaborates with manufacturing end users to schedule and execute maintenance and system deployment activities within agreed-upon timeframes.
Documents system maintenance procedures and policies while maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of server inventory and activity.
Delivers consistent service and proactive support to end users, resolving technical issues quickly and building trust through clear communication.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior experience with server maintenance, administration, and support and proficiency in server operating systems such as Windows and Linux
Knowledge of server security best practices
Prior experience working with Ignition Scada Platform
Experience in manufacturing operations
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
Associate's degree in information systems or a related discipline or equivalent experience
Certification in server maintenance, such as CompTIA Server+, MCSA, or RHCSA,
Familiar with SQL
Experience in manufacturing operations
Experience in general help desk/IT Support
Factory Talk AssetCentre Experience (nice to have)
Linux experience (nice to have)
