Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Application Support professional with strong hands-on experience in Red Hat OpenShift, Linux administration, and production support. Banking or financial services experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer, maintain, and upgrade Red Hat OpenShift clusters in production and non-production environments.
Perform Linux system administration, troubleshooting, and patching.
Monitor cluster health, availability, and performance.
Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, pods, containers, and services.
Provide production support, incident management, and root cause analysis.
Develop automation scripts using Shell, Bash, or Python.
Support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, GitOps, and ArgoCD.
Collaborate with development and release teams to support deployments.
Monitor platforms using Dynatrace and other monitoring tools.
Ensure compliance with security, backup, and disaster recovery requirements.
Required Skills:
Strong experience with Red Hat OpenShift (v4.x preferred).
Linux administration, preferably Red Hat Linux and CoreOS.
Shell scripting, Bash, or Python.
Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
Production application/platform support and incident troubleshooting.
CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, Ansible, Helm, or ArgoCD.
Monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.
Preferred Qualifications:
Banking or financial services experience, preferably in a regulated enterprise environment.
Experience with Azure cloud, Istio, or service mesh technologies.
OpenShift Administration or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certification.
