Product Manager II

DRB is seeking a Product Manager II to guide the strategy and lifecycle of its flagship car wash software products. The role focuses on product roadmaps, customer and market research, cross-functional delivery, and data-informed product improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for assigned areas of our flagship car wash software solution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet market needs
• Develop and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer needs, business objectives and technological advancements
• Create detailed product requirements and work closely with the product owners and engineering team to ensure timely and accurate product delivery
• Conduct market research to identify customer requirements, market trends, and competitive landscape
• Oversee the product lifecycle, including concept, design, development, release and post-release activities
• Develop business cases for large features and track performance to plan
• Act as one of the key product evangelists and represent the company at industry events, conferences and with key clients
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and strategic partners
• Work closely with other product managers and leaders to ensure product alignment and to maintain product principles
• Manage prioritization tradeoffs for assigned areas of our flagship solution

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 3–5+ years of product management experience in the software industry, including experience with data-intensive products, analytics, business intelligence, APIs, or data platforms
• Demonstrated experience defining product strategy, developing roadmaps, and managing products through the full lifecycle, from discovery and ideation through delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data, customer feedback, and business outcomes to inform prioritization and measure product success
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Strong understanding of data product concepts, including data modeling, data pipelines, integrations, APIs, data quality, and the considerations involved in making data accessible, reliable and actionable
• Experience working closely with data engineering, software engineering, architecture, and cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate technical feasibility, manage trade-offs and inform product decisions
• Experience with Snowflake or car wash software is a plus
• Experience managing customer-facing analytics, business intelligence, embedded reporting, or self-service data products
• Familiarity with modern cloud data platforms and technologies such as Snowflake, cloud-based data warehouses, and business intelligence or visualization tools
• Experience with API-based products, third-party integrations, or data-sharing capabilities
• Understanding of data governance, privacy, security, access controls and data retention considerations
• Experience with AI-enabled analytics, natural-language querying, or other emerging applications of artificial intelligence in data products
• Experience in the car wash, retail technology, point-of-sale, or payments software industries
