Engineering Opportunities

HIVE is seeking exceptional engineers to help build a machine-agnostic autonomy platform for industrial equipment. The work includes developing AI/ML, robotics, controls, computer vision, embedded systems, firmware, and infrastructure solutions for real-world deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Instead of building robots from scratch, we bring autonomy to industrial equipment already operating in the real world, at real scale
• The work spans vision-language models for physical machines, real-time low-latency control systems, edge and cloud inference pipelines, proprietary industrial machine data, and hardware retrofit kits designed to work across equipment types, makes, and models
