AI Platform Architect

Talentize is seeking an AI Platform Architect to maintain, secure, and evolve the shared platform infrastructure that powers internal AI solutions and autonomous agents. The role focuses on platform architecture, orchestration, integrations, security, governance, and operational quality for mission-critical AI applications.

Responsibilities:

• Platform & Infrastructure: Architect and maintain service boundaries, internal APIs, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code for AI services
• Gateways & Orchestration: Build and harden AI model gateways, routing, token/cost management, model lifecycles, agent harnesses, tool execution runtimes, and workflow/browser automation systems
• Integrations: Connect shared AI layers across internal operational databases, document repositories, and enterprise applications
• Security & Governance: Establish identity/access management, secure data boundaries, enterprise authentication, secrets management, and policy enforcement guardrails
• Observability & Code Quality: Implement evaluation loops, audit trails, usage telemetry, and security monitoring; review and refine AI-generated code in shared systems
