In the meantime, here are a few tips that can help improve your connection:

Restart your router before beginning the interview. This can refresh your connection and improve network performance.
If you're using Wi-Fi, avoid public networks and stay as close to your router as possible.
Make sure your internet connection isn't being heavily used by other devices. Pause video streaming, large downloads, online gaming, or video calls while you're interviewing.
If possible, try taking the interview at a different time of day, as internet performance can vary depending on network traffic.
For the most stable connection, use a wired (Ethernet) connection whenever possible instead of Wi-Fi.
Use a laptop or desktop with the latest version of Google Chrome.
Close any unnecessary tabs and applications before starting your interview.
Disable browser extensions that may interfere with the interview.
Ensure your camera, microphone, and screen-sharing permissions are enabled in Chrome.
Use only one monitor during the interview.
