We are seeking a highly experienced AEO/SEO Lead with 10+ years of organic search, digital growth, and content strategy experience to own and evolve our global search and AI-discovery strategy.
This person will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution framework across SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), with a specific focus on Web3, cryptocurrency, blockchain, stablecoins, digital payments, and emerging financial technology.
The ideal candidate has built and scaled organic search programs within a recognized technology or SaaS organization and can translate complex technical and financial concepts into an authoritative digital presence across traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered discovery platforms.
Duties/Day to Day Overview
Own the global SEO/AEO strategy and multi-year roadmap, aligning organic search initiatives with company growth, product, brand, and market-expansion priorities.
Develop an AEO/GEO strategy designed to strengthen visibility across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and other AI-driven discovery experiences. These platforms are increasingly part of the discovery landscape for cryptocurrency and blockchain products. Crypto SEO Agency: GEO & AEO Services for Blockchain & Web3 Brands

Partner with Product, Engineering, Content, Brand, Communications, Legal/Compliance, and Growth teams to integrate discoverability into the broader digital strategy.
Develop content and information architectures that establish topical and entity authority around complex cryptocurrency, stablecoin, blockchain, and financial-technology subject areas.
Lead technical SEO strategy including crawlability, indexation, site architecture, internal linking, schema/structured data, Core Web Vitals, migrations, international SEO, and JavaScript SEO.
Establish strategies for improving authoritative brand representation and citation within AI-generated answers.
Build measurement frameworks across traditional search and AI discovery, connecting rankings, organic traffic, AI visibility/citations, conversion, pipeline, and business outcomes.
Conduct competitive analysis across traditional search and AI answer engines to identify content gaps, citation opportunities, emerging topics, and areas of competitive advantage.
Monitor changes across Google search, AI Overviews, LLM-driven discovery and generative search, translating those changes into actionable roadmap priorities.
Serve as the internal SEO/AEO subject-matter expert, educating executives and cross-functional stakeholders on the evolving search and AI-discovery landscape.
