Role: Senior Ruby on Rails Developer
Location: Remote

Experience: 7+ Years

Key Requirements:

Strong Ruby on Rails and JavaScript/TypeScript experience
REST APIs, distributed systems, and SQL (SQL Server/PostgreSQL)
Kafka/Confluent and event-driven architecture preferred
Azure/Google Cloud Platform, CI/CD, and automated testing
Production monitoring and troubleshooting; Datadog preferred
Enterprise application support, modernization, and migration experience
Ability to independently resolve complex issues and work in Agile teams

Healthcare or other regulated-industry experience is a plus.
