Copy of Customer Service Representative – Remote

Direct Meds is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support its telehealth and partner clinic network. The role is the first point of contact for patients, helping them navigate their care journey and coordinating with internal teams to deliver an efficient, compassionate customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, chat, and text in a timely and professional manner
• Assist patients with account questions, order updates, and navigate the treatment process
• Coordinate with clinical, pharmacy, and fulfillment teams to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Accurately document all customer interactions in internal systems
• Resolve issues with empathy while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Meet performance goals for response times, quality, and patient experience

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare, telehealth, medical offices, or pharmacy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor
• Proficiency with computers and customer support platforms
• Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or wellness industries
• Familiarity with EMR, CRM, or ticketing systems
• Experience supporting patients in a remote environment
• Knowledge of GLP-1 medications, HRT, peptides, or wellness programs
