E-Commerce Manager - Marketing

L&R Distributors is hiring an E-Commerce Manager - Marketing to shape online presence and strategy for brands in the CPG industry. The role drives brand visibility, engagement, and sales growth through social commerce and e-commerce strategy, channel management, performance analysis, and consumer and partner engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive social commerce strategies to maximize brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align e-commerce initiatives with overall brand goals and objectives
• Identify emerging trends in social commerce and e-commerce to keep the brand at the forefront of innovation
• Manage brand presence across various digital platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social commerce marketplaces)
• Oversee product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities on e-commerce platforms
• Monitor shop health daily and collaborate internally to improve SLA metrics
• Monitor system synchronization across products, inventory, and orders
• Analyze and interpret performance metrics to refine strategies and maximize ROI
• Provide regular reports on key performance indicators, sales trends, and campaign effectiveness to stakeholders
• Foster a direct connection with consumers through CRM initiatives
• Coordinate affiliate sampling to participate in interactive and engaging content, live shopping events, and influencer partnerships
• Collaborate with customer service teams to address inquiries and feedback, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience
• Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to create cohesive and impactful campaigns
• Lead relationships with external partners, including digital agencies, influencers, and platform representatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in social commerce, e-commerce, or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing strategies
• Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
• Creativity and a passion for staying ahead of digital and social commerce trends
• within the CPG industry
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and engagement through social commerce channels
