Job Title: Senior Healthcare Claims QA Analyst / Tester

Location - Hartford, CT preferred; Remote is also acceptable

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Claims QA Analyst/Tester with 7–9 years of experience in the Healthcare domain and strong functional knowledge of healthcare claims and claims processing. The ideal candidate should understand end-to-end claims workflows and be comfortable working within an Agile delivery environment.

Required Skills

• 7–9 years of overall Healthcare domain experience
• Strong Healthcare Claims domain knowledge
• Strong understanding of claims processing and adjudication
• Experience with software testing methodologies and QA lifecycle
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum ways of working
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Ability to work with business and technical teams

Mainframe knowledge/experience is required for this requirement. 

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to healthcare payer platforms and EDI transactions such as 837/835 is advantageous. Similar internal claims-testing work has involved claims adjudication, 837 Professional/Institutional claims, 835 remittance, and payer platforms.
