Description

Assist HR team with pre-hire and onboarding processes in the Home Health segment.
Coordinate post-employment screenings and manage related documentation.
Upload necessary paperwork using a document management system.
Utilize a verification system for employment eligibility checks.
Prepare reports and correspondence related to hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with post-employment drug screenings.
Upload and manage onboarding paperwork in a document management system.
Use a verification system for employment eligibility checks.
Prepare and distribute reports on the status of pre-hire processes.
Coordinate communication regarding new hire orientation and day one actions.

Qualifications

Experience in HR administrative tasks, preferably in a health-related sector.
Proficiency with document management systems.
Strong communication skills for coordinating with staff and new hires.
Ability to prepare detailed reports and correspondence.
Organizational skills to manage multiple site locations and tasks.
