Project Manager

High Roller Technologies is building a consumer-facing prediction markets platform for the US market. The Project Manager coordinates cross-functional projects and workstreams, keeping plans, owners, deadlines, dependencies, and stakeholder updates on track across the business.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate projects and workstreams across different areas of the business
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines and action trackers
• Track tasks, milestones, dependencies, risks and blockers
• Ensure clear owners and deadlines are assigned and follow up to keep work moving
• Coordinate work across teams including Product, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Operations and other business functions
• Manage and track business and operational tickets and ensure appropriate follow-up and resolution
• Support Product and Technology delivery, including coordination of releases and technical dependencies where required
• Coordinate projects involving external partners, vendors and service providers
• Run project meetings and maintain clear actions, decisions and follow-ups
• Identify risks or delays early and escalate where necessary
• Provide clear and concise project updates to stakeholders and leadership
• Help establish consistent project management processes and ways of working across the organisation
• Support new projects and priorities as the business continues to grow and evolve

Requirements:

• Have strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time
• Have experience in project management, programme coordination or a similar role
• Have experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Have strong follow-through and the ability to drive actions through to completion
• Be comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teams
• Be able to bring structure to projects where requirements, priorities or processes may still be evolving
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Have experience with project management and ticketing tools
• Experience managing technology or software-related projects would be a significant advantage
• Experience in fintech, financial services, gaming or another regulated environment would be an advantage
