Immediate Need
Establish a clear initial mandate, intake approach, and boundaries for the Enterprise PMO.
Build reliable portfolio visibility across qualifying enterprise initiatives.
Create practical governance, stage gates, decision rights, and executive operating routines.
Improve prioritization, investment decision support, and leadership transparency.
Set standards for program planning, status, risks, dependencies, benefits, and escalation.
Provide selective execution support where complexity, risk, or enterprise importance warrants it.
Partner with business sponsors, the Enterprise Business Architect, Enterprise Data Team, Business Enablement, and IT PMO.
Develop and coach program management talent while scaling the capability responsibly.
