Job Description/ Responsibilities:
The Technical Product Delivery Lead is responsible for driving the end-to-end delivery of strategic product initiatives, from initiation through execution and launch. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to architect high-level solutions, design and size delivery plans, and ensure successful execution against timelines and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
o Lead project initiation, including requirements gathering and stakeholder alignment.
o Drive high-level solutioning, architecture, design, and sizing to establish a robust delivery plan.
o Develop and maintain detailed delivery roadmaps and timelines.
o Track progress against delivery plans, proactively identifying risks, challenges, and dependencies.
o Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address risks and obstacles.
o Ensure Jira hygiene, including accurate ticket creation, updates, and closure.
o Manage dependencies across cross-functional and external teams to ensure seamless execution.
o Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and business teams to drive delivery.
o Provide regular status reports and executive updates, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation actions.
o Facilitate effective communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
o Partner with risk management teams to ensure compliance and readiness for delivery.
