About the role

We're looking for a Business Analyst with hands-on Salesforce Field Service experience to gather requirements, design solutions, and support delivery of field service implementations and enhancements. You'll be the link between business stakeholders, dispatchers and field teams, and the technical team.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and process-mapping workshops with operations, dispatch, and field service stakeholders
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
• Configure and document FSL components: work types, service territories, resources, scheduling policies, work rules, service appointments, and work orders
• Define and validate scheduling and optimization requirements, including dispatch console and mobile app workflows
• Map integrations (ERP, inventory, billing, asset management) and document data flows
• Support data migration and data quality validation
• Write test cases, run UAT, and track defects to resolution
• Prepare training materials and support go-live and post-go-live adoption
• Maintain backlog and documentation in Jira, Confluence, or similar tools

Required qualifications

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst, including 2+ years on Salesforce projects
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service (FSL), including scheduling, optimization, and the mobile app
• Strong knowledge of Service Cloud and the Salesforce data model
• Experience writing user stories, BRDs/FRDs, and process flows
• Experience supporting UAT and Agile/Scrum delivery
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator or Field Service Consultant certification
• Experience with Flow, Apex-based solutions at a functional level, and integrations (MuleSoft or similar)
• Background in telecom
• CBAP, CCBA, or similar certification
