Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Principal Experience Designer with exceptional expertise in Visual Design, UX/UI Design, Enterprise Design Systems, and Design Tokens to lead the visual direction of a large-scale B2B enterprise platform.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience developing scalable design systems, defining visual languages, creating reusable design patterns, and collaborating with product design and engineering teams. Experience with AI-assisted design, prototyping, and design system documentation is highly preferred.

This role focuses approximately 60 70% on Design Systems and Visual Design and 30 40% on high-impact visual initiatives, including executive presentations, conferences, and marketing partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve enterprise design systems across typography, colors, spacing, iconography, motion, and brand identity.
• Lead visual design strategy and ensure consistency across enterprise products, components, patterns, and templates.
• Design and maintain scalable semantic design tokens and multi-tier token architectures.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and front-end engineers to ensure consistent implementation.
• Develop reusable reference designs, full-screen product examples, and visual design guidelines.
• Create and maintain design system documentation, accessibility standards, and usage guidelines.
• Evaluate AI-generated designs and prototypes to improve design consistency and system scalability.
• Lead high-visibility visual design initiatives for executive presentations, conferences, and marketing campaigns.
• Provide design leadership, mentorship, and creative direction to cross-functional teams.
• Ensure visual quality, accessibility, usability, and brand consistency across digital experiences.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design, Visual Design, or Experience Design.
• Strong hands-on experience with Enterprise Design Systems and Visual Design Systems.
• Expertise in Design Tokens, Component Libraries, Design Patterns, and Visual Guidelines.
• Strong understanding of typography, color systems, spacing, iconography, motion, and accessibility.
• Experience designing complex B2B enterprise applications and platforms.
• Strong experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Ability to create scalable reference designs and comprehensive design system documentation.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams to translate design concepts into production-ready solutions.
• Excellent visual storytelling, stakeholder communication, and design leadership skills.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design and enterprise design system expertise.
