Roles & Responsibilities
Design and build data pipelines and models using Snowflake and dbt
Design, develop, test, and support backend services and APIs using Golang.
Build and deploy scalable, resilient cloud-native applications on AWS.
Develop microservices and integrations supporting IVA/contact-centre capabilities and workflows.
Work with relevant AWS services for compute, storage, messaging, API integration, monitoring, and security.
Implement REST APIs, event-driven integrations, and reusable services following engineering best practices.
Troubleshoot application and production issues, including performance, reliability, and integration problems.
Follow CI/CD, automated testing, code-review, observability, and secure coding practices.
Collaborate with architecture, product, contact-centre, and engineering teams to deliver business requirements.
Strong hands-on Golang development experience.
Hands-on AWS development and deployment experience.
Experience with microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
Familiarity with containers, CI/CD, monitoring/logging, and source-control practices.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
