• Training groups will typically include five to 15 bankers, and the analyst will help users build confidence using the platform while following appropriate customer data practices.
• The role requires someone who can learn technology quickly, communicate clearly with users at different technical skill levels, and encourage adoption by demonstrating the product's value rather than relying on strict usage requirements.

• Ability to gather, organize, and analyze user feedback to improve training and adoption.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to facilitate training sessions, workshops, meetings, and stakeholder discussions.
• Basic understanding of AI concepts, such as model training, or the ability to learn and explain them.

• Banking or frontline banking experience.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or customer relationship management platforms.
• Experience supporting software implementations, product launches, or enterprise technology platforms.

• Experience designing, distributing, and analyzing surveys.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating feedback into recommendations.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product delivery processes.
• Experience working with cross-functional business, operations, and technology teams.
• Ability to influence adoption through clear communication, patience, and relationship building.
