Cloud Solutions Engineer

Humana is hiring a Cloud Solutions Engineer to develop, integrate, test, optimize, and support cloud-based conversational AI and contact center solutions. The role configures GCP services, builds integrations, troubleshoots platform issues, and contributes to contact center modernization with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, deploy, and support cloud-based conversational AI and contact center solutions
• Build and maintain integrations between cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise applications
• Support contact center modernization efforts, including migration and transformation initiatives
• Configure and support GCP services, including Cloud Run, BigQuery, IAM, APIs, logging, and monitoring
• Develop conversational experiences, authentication services, and workflow orchestration
• Troubleshoot application, integration, performance, and production issues
• Perform unit, integration, and regression testing to ensure solution quality and reliability
• Participate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning and backlog refinement
• Apply enterprise standards for security, CI/CD, monitoring, and software development best practices
• Maintain technical documentation and support continuous platform improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in cloud engineering, systems analysis, or application development
• Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, integrations, and application support
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for improving consumer and customer experiences
• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Google CX Agent Studio, conversational AI, or contact center technologies
• Experience with cloud-native services, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise integrations
