Global Business Development And Customer Success Manager

Game On Group is hiring a Global Business Development and Customer Success Manager to expand its ecosystem and strengthen client relationships across regions and business units. The role develops global partnerships, manages sales and account growth, coordinates integrated solutions across teams, and supports customer satisfaction, retention, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities:

• The Global Business Development and Customer Success Manager will lead initiatives to expand Game On Group’s ecosystem and strengthen long-term client relationships across multiple regions and business units
• This full-time, remote role includes identifying and developing new global partnerships, managing sales pipelines, and creating tailored business proposals for prospective and existing clients
• The role involves coordinating with manufacturing, logistics, SaaS, and consulting teams to design integrated solutions, drive category and account growth, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• The manager will analyze performance data, forecast opportunities, and contribute to strategic business planning while proactively resolving client issues and aligning services with customer needs
• Regular collaboration across time zones, participation in virtual meetings, and clear documentation of account activities and business development initiatives are essential

Requirements:

• Strong Category Management and Business Planning skills, with the ability to develop growth strategies and optimize performance across products, markets, and channels
• Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data, build forecasts, evaluate KPIs, and support data-driven decision-making for global business initiatives
• Proven Sales experience, including lead generation, negotiation, closing deals, and driving revenue growth in international or multi-market environments
• Robust Account Management capabilities, with a focus on customer success, relationship building, retention, and cross-functional coordination
• Experience in global trade, e-commerce, or SaaS environments
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to collaborate across cultures and time zones
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field
• preferably with exposure to manufacturing, logistics, or marketplace platforms
• additional languages are an advantage
• relevant certifications or advanced degrees are beneficial
