Business Operations Analyst

Wert Group is hiring a Business Operations Analyst to clean and analyze client operational and financial data, build Excel models, and prepare presentation materials. The analyst will support project teams with benchmarking, process analysis, and project tracking across client engagements.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and clean operational and financial data from client systems
• Build Excel models for costs, capacity, pricing and process performance
• Benchmark clients against peers using public filings and industry data
• Analyze processes and quantify where time and money are lost
• Prepare charts and slides for steering committee meetings
• Track project milestones, risks and open actions
• Write short summaries of findings for partners and clients

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering or a related field
• Excel, including pivot tables and XLOOKUP or VLOOKUP
• Some experience analyzing data, from a job, an internship or coursework
• PowerPoint or Google Slides
• SQL, Power BI or Tableau
• An internship in consulting, finance or operations
• Experience with financial statements or cost data
