The team is also emphasizing SRE development, CI/CD pipelines, production deployments, logging, monitoring, observability, troubleshooting, and automation. Overall, they need someone who can build production-ready AI agent solutions while also having a strong foundation in backend engineering, integrations, and DevOps practices.
