Project Manager

AESC US LLC is seeking a Project Manager to support utility-scale energy storage and infrastructure projects. The role coordinates project administration, scheduling, documentation, and cross-team delivery, while leading remote commissioning and providing technical service support for energy storage systems.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the central point of contact for project documentation, scheduling, and reporting
• Support sales managers and project managers in tracking milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
• Coordinate internal resources and external partners to ensure timely execution of project tasks
• Maintain accurate project records, including meeting minutes, action items, and progress reports
• Assist with preparation of project proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and client-facing documentation
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, escalating risks or delays to senior management
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, sales, and services)
• Support compliance with organizational standards, safety requirements, and quality assurance processes
• Lead remote commissioning activities for energy storage systems, including system configuration, functional testing, and performance validation
• Act as the technical authority during commissioning, guiding and directing the commissioning team to ensure successful project execution
• Perform and oversee technical service work, including troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs for energy storage systems
• Provide advanced technical support for service issues and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex challenges
• Prepare and maintain detailed commissioning and service documentation, including test reports and maintenance records
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and regulatory guidelines during all commissioning and service activities
• Offer technical training and mentorship to commissioning and service team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2–4 years of project coordination, project support, or operations experience
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Jira) and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical and commercial information clearly
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• exposure to utility-scale energy, infrastructure, or construction projects
• Knowledge of energy storage systems, renewable energy, or large-scale infrastructure projects
• Understanding of permitting, interconnection, and regulatory processes
• Experience supporting EPCs, utilities, IPPs, or project developers
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and project tracking systems
