Oracle HCM payroll Business Systems Analyst - W2

Keylent Inc is recruiting for a logistics client seeking support for an ongoing Oracle Fusion HCM implementation, primarily focused on Oracle Payroll. The role translates payroll requirements into system solutions and supports implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation stabilization.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements for Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll
• Partner with payroll, HR, functional, and technical stakeholders to support implementation activities
• Analyze payroll processes, identify gaps, and recommend system solutions
• Support configuration, data migration, integrations, test scenarios, UAT, and go-live readiness
• Investigate issues, document resolutions, and assist with post-implementation stabilization

Requirements:

• Direct, hands-on experience implementing Oracle Fusion Payroll, including payroll setup, configuration, testing, and issue resolution
• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and its integration with payroll processes
• Participation in one or more Oracle Fusion HCM/Payroll implementations, ideally through requirements, design, testing, and go-live
• Knowledge of U.S. payroll regulations, payroll processing, and complex payroll configurations
• Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and its integration with Payroll
• HCM Data Loader (HDL) for data conversion, migration, and loading
• BI Publisher for payroll-related reports
• Oracle Payroll Fast Formulas for configuration and troubleshooting
