SAP Cloud ERP (Public Edition), Project Manager / SAP Business LOB Consultant

Navigator Business Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to lead SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementation projects using the SAP Activate methodology. The role manages project planning, cross-functional teams, stakeholder engagement, quality assurance, deployment, and post-implementation support.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets aligned with the SAP Activate methodology
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with key stakeholders
• Facilitate project phases such as Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run
• Manage project governance including steering committee meetings, status reporting, risk management, and escalation processes
• Manage project financials including budgeting and forecasting
• Proactively monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to ensure on-time project delivery
• Ensure proper documentation, knowledge transfer, and project closure activities
• Lead cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment
• Provide guidance, motivation, and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle
• Foster a collaborative environment to drive team performance and innovation
• Act as the primary point of contact between the key stakeholders and the implementation team
• Regularly communicate project updates, milestones, and risks to key stakeholders
• Manage key stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals
• Facilitate workshops and Fit to Standard analysis sessions to gather project requirements
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, tools, and accelerators provided by the Activate methodology
• Oversee the deployment and transition to SAP Cloud solutions, ensuring a seamless go-live experience
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and comply with Navigator's Methodology guidelines
• Conduct periodic reviews, user acceptance testing (UAT), and risk analysis to facilitate project success
• Support change management activities and ensure effective user adoption of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition solutions
• Provide oversight during hyper-care and stabilization periods

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in project management with at least two (2) years of managing ERP implementations
• Proven experience in utilizing SAP Activate or similar methodology for ERP implementation projects
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and/or other SAP ERP solutions processes
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Projectmanager.com)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and change management processes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• SAP Activate Project Manager or SAP-related certifications
• PMP
• One or more LOBs Consulting Expertise – e.g. Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc
