AI Specialist / Agent Operator

AIify is hiring an AI Specialist / Agent Operator to build, operate, and improve AI agents and automations for small business clients. The role includes daily agent monitoring, weekly client reviews, troubleshooting, and documenting solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage client AI agents in Grok Bot, turning each client's goals and workflows into agents that work reliably in production
• Check on every client's agents daily: watch outputs, catch failures early, and fix problems before the client notices
• Run weekly account reviews with clients to cover what the agents did, what's working, what isn't, and what to build next
• Share and adapt proven agents across clients: when something works for one business, package it, adjust it for the next one, and improve it for everyone
• Troubleshoot automations by tracking broken triggers, bad outputs, integration failures and edge cases back to the root cause
• Document every agent, automation, change and fix so anyone on the team can see what's running and why
