Senior Product Manager, Services

Jabra is seeking a Senior Product Manager to grow its services portfolio across its headset and video offerings. The role owns the services roadmap and develops revenue-generating offers from concept and business case through launch, adoption, and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain the roadmap for Jabra’s revenue-generating services, including service plans, extended warranties, and premium service tiers across video and headset portfolios
• Define service offers, target customers, included capabilities, and differentiation in the market
• Shape the balance between baseline service capabilities and paid plans to support a consistent customer experience
• Develop and deliver plans that increase service adoption, attachment, renewals, and revenue
• Use customer feedback, adoption data, renewal insights, and market trends to improve, expand, or retire offers
• Conduct market research, customer and partner interviews, and competitor analysis to develop new service concepts and business cases
• Prepare sales, pre-sales, and channel partners to position and sell service offers, while aligning cross-functional teams for successful launches

Requirements:

• Bring experience in product management or offering management within B2B technology, services, support plans, or subscription-based solutions
• Have taken a new offer from concept through business case, launch, and ongoing lifecycle management
• Understand recurring-revenue models, service levels, and lifecycle or support services
• Communicate clearly with customers, sales teams, and channel partners, including through positioning, demonstrations, and commercial storytelling
• Work well with cross-functional stakeholders and can align engineering, sales, support, and operations teams without direct authority
• It is beneficial to have experience with collaboration technology, including video conferencing, headsets, or the Microsoft Teams and Zoom ecosystems
• Experience with enterprise IT or facilities buying processes, indirect sales channels, and global markets is also beneficial
