QA Program Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and driven Program Test Management Lead / Senior Project Manager to support a large-scale, enterprise-wide transformation initiative within the Debit Product Organization. This role will focus on coordinating and driving the end-to-end testing strategy for a complex, multi-year program involving numerous business and technology stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will excel at bringing together cross-functional teams, managing dependencies, driving accountability, and ensuring testing readiness across multiple workstreams. This position requires strong program coordination skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the end-to-end testing strategy for a large enterprise transformation program.
• Drive alignment across product, technology, operations, accounting, reporting, settlement, transaction processing, and go-to-market teams.
• Establish and manage testing plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure all teams understand testing requirements and go-live expectations.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and testing dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate test readiness activities and ensure successful execution of testing phases.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and provide regular program status updates to leadership.
• Hold teams accountable for commitments and ensure progress toward key program milestones.
• Partner closely with engineering, product, and business teams to support successful delivery.
• Utilize project management tools and reporting mechanisms to provide visibility into testing progress and overall program health.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management, Program Management, PMO, or related experience.
• Proven experience coordinating complex, enterprise-wide initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong ability to organize and manage competing priorities across large programs.
• Experience developing and managing testing strategies, schedules, dependencies, and execution plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive accountability and execution across cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience working closely with technical teams, engineering organizations, and software delivery programs.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting product and technology organizations.
• Familiarity with Jira and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Background in enterprise-level environments with complex organizational structures.
• Payments, card processing, banking, or financial services experience is a plus, but not required.
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation, modernization, or platform migration initiatives.
