Head of Growth Marketing

SIY Global delivers EQ-powered leadership development. The Head of Growth Marketing will build and lead the company’s marketing function, with a first-year focus on generating pipeline through strategy, demand generation, sales partnership, brand, content, operations, events, and client marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a member of the leadership team, contributing to company strategy, priorities, and decisions
• Set the annual marketing strategy and quarterly plans in alignment with the CEO and sales
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate investment toward the programs that drive revenue
• Share marketing performance and insights with the leadership team
• Bring market and customer insight into planning, including buyer research, competitive trends, and what's happening in the L&D and HR landscape
• Own the buyer journey from first awareness of SIY to meetings set with sales
• Build and run a demand generation strategy across digital, paid, email, content, and events
• Own the website and build it into a primary source of new business, with content that attracts the right buyers and a clear, easy path for them to start a conversation with us
• Deliver an AEO strategy to support SIY showing up in relevant search results and AI assistant answers
• Develop campaigns for priority segments and industries
• Manage the CRM and marketing automation, including lifecycle stages, data quality, and segmentation
• Build lead routing and follow-up processes so buyers who reach out get a fast, personal response and a smooth handoff to sales
• Set up tracking and attribution that leadership can trust for budget and investment decisions
• Build dashboards and reporting on marketing's contribution to new business and revenue
• Manage and evolve the marketing tech stack, including AI tools that increase what the function can produce
• Create and maintain the core sales collateral, including presentations, program overviews, proposals, case studies, and follow-up materials
• Work closely with sales to plan content and campaigns that engage prospects at each stage
• Partner with sales on outbound and account-based outreach
• Focus on sales as your internal customer
• Own the SIY brand, including voice, visual identity, messaging, and how we show up across channels
• Sharpen positioning around EQ-powered leadership and the Perception Box
• Position and launch new programs, and work with sales to package offers that make it easy for new clients to start
• Produce and direct creative across writing, design, video and social, using AI tools and contractors
• Shape SIY's thought leadership agenda and help build our internal experts into visible thought leaders through editorial strategy, ghostwriting, and platform development
• Manage contractors and vendors for design, video, paid media, and other specialized work
• Plan and run live and virtual events, including webinars, roundtables, and conferences
• Develop partnerships and co-marketing with industry associations and outside experts
• Run programs that re-engage past clients and expand existing relationships
• Work with client success to turn clients and certified facilitators into case studies, referrals, and advocates

Requirements:

• A track record of building pipeline and contributing to revenue growth
• B2B marketing experience, including leading marketing at a professional services, consulting, leadership development, or HR tech company
• You run structured experiments and judge them on buyer conversations and deals, not clicks or lead volume
• Experience marketing a considered B2B sale: services or solutions with several stakeholders, long cycles and deals in the tens of thousands, not only product-led or self-serve funnels
• Strategist and hands-on doer: comfortable setting direction and producing the work yourself
• You're excited to be a one-person marketing team, and comfortable using AI tools and managing contractors and vendors to get the work done
• Strong writing skills, including content that executives read and share
• Experience with demand generation and marketing automation
• Hands-on experience with a CRM and a website CMS: you've set up forms, workflows, reports and web pages yourself
• Experience with answer engine optimization (AEO), which means showing up in AI assistants' answers, or a strong desire to test and learn your way into it
• Experience planning and running events and webinars
• Experience working closely with sales teams
• HubSpot experience
• Experience marketing to CHROs, L&D leaders, or talent executives
• Video, design, or social media production skills
• Account-based marketing experience
