Customer Service Representative

Martin Automotive Group is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative to support customers remotely. The role handles customer inquiries, resolves routine concerns, documents interactions, and coordinates with internal teams to ensure efficient service.

Responsibilities:

• Provide timely customer support via phone and other customer communication channels, ensuring clear and courteous interactions
• Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve routine problems with accuracy and professionalism
• Collect and document customer information, maintaining organized records and following internal processes
• Coordinate with internal teams as needed to ensure customer requests are handled efficiently
• Maintain a consistent focus on customer satisfaction, quality, and compliance with company standards

Requirements:

• Demonstrated customer service experience (in person or remote)
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable work habits and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote setting
• Comfort learning and using internal systems to record interactions and track requests
• Experience in customer-facing roles within a retail, service, or operations environment
• Familiarity with basic troubleshooting and intake processes for customer concerns
• Experience handling a high volume of inquiries while maintaining service quality
• Demonstrated ability to de-escalate situations and maintain empathy and professionalism
