Sales Development Representative

GrowthMinded is hiring a Sales Development Representative to keep its outbound pipeline active and healthy. The role focuses on researching qualified prospects, conducting outreach, warming leads, and booking discovery calls for the Solutions Consultant.

Responsibilities:

• Research and build targeted prospect lists based on our ICP
• Execute cold and warm outreach via email and LinkedIn using provided outlines and sequences
• Follow up consistently on all outreach to move prospects toward a booked call
• Book qualified discovery calls directly onto the Solutions Consultant’s calendar
• Log all outreach activity, responses, and lead status accurately in Reevo CRM
• Communicate weekly updates on outreach activity and pipeline progress

Requirements:

• Full professional mastery of written and spoken English. This is non-negotiable
• Prior experience in a sales, outreach, or customer-facing role (SDR, BDR, VA with sales duties, or similar)
• Comfortable with cold outreach via email and LinkedIn and phone calls
• Experience using a CRM for documentation and outreach (any platform experience is fine)
• Comfortable with proper AI usage within job scope
• Coachable, detail-oriented, and self-directed; you will be working remotely with clear targets but without daily micromanagement
• Prior experience selling to schools, educators, or healthcare professionals
• Familiarity with EdTech or SEL/mental health platforms
• Experience with LinkedIn or similar prospecting and researching tools
