Director Business Planning Analysis

Dropflares is hiring a Director Business Planning Analysis to lead strategic planning, financial forecasting, and performance analysis across the organization. The role develops business plans, evaluates growth initiatives, and provides data-driven recommendations to executive leadership while supporting budgeting, resource allocation, and decisions on product, market expansion, and revenue optimization.

Responsibilities:

• The Director Business Planning Analysis is a full-time remote role responsible for leading strategic planning, financial forecasting, and performance analysis across the organization
• This role oversees the development of business plans, evaluates growth initiatives, and provides data-driven recommendations to executive leadership
• Day-to-day tasks include analyzing key financial and operational metrics, building and refining financial models, preparing reports and dashboards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on budgeting and resource allocation
• The Director will also drive continuous improvement in planning processes, ensure alignment with company objectives, and support decision-making related to product, market expansion, and revenue optimization

Requirements:

• Strong business planning and business analysis skills, with experience leading strategic initiatives and long-term planning
• Advanced analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex data sets and develop actionable insights
• Expertise in financial planning and finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, BI platforms) and comfort working with large data sets
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• advanced degree (MBA or similar) is a plus
• Experience in digital media, creator economy, gaming, or SaaS environments is beneficial
