Sales Development Representative NAM WDG

Cyncly is hiring a Sales Development Representative to generate new sales opportunities among prospects in the Kitchen & Bath and Flooring industries. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, booking qualified demos, and partnering with Account Executives to build the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect into targeted accounts in the Kitchen & Bath and Flooring verticals through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
• Research accounts and identify key decision-makers to build high-quality prospect lists
• Craft personalized outreach messages to generate interest and secure booked and attended demos
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities
• Track activities and results in Salesforce, using tools like Salesloft and Gong to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly goals for booked and attended demos

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple outreach sequences at once
• Comfortable with outbound calling and motivated by hitting and exceeding goals
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the country in which they are applying to work (United States or Canada)
• This role is not eligible for employer sponsorship now or in the future
• Previous SDR experience is preferred
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong
