Customer Education Manager

Ask Sage, a BigBear.ai company, is seeking a Customer Education Manager to own its customer training curriculum and content library. The role builds and delivers training across virtual, in-person, and self-paced formats, scales delivery through customer-facing staff, and measures learning and adoption.

Responsibilities:

• Master the platform. Achieve and maintain expert-level mastery of the Ask Sage platform, its agents, plugins, and use cases
• Design the curriculum. Design a scalable, role-based curriculum for end users, power users, agent builders, administrators, and executives
• Build the content library. Build a reusable content library, including labs, exercises, prompt libraries, guides, and recorded modules, across virtual, in-person, and/or self-paced modalities
• Deliver the high-visibility sessions. Lead complex or high-visibility customer workshops, onboarding sessions, and briefings, with strength in virtual delivery
• Scale delivery through the field. Train, coordinate, and provide quality assurance for Forward Deployed Engineers and other customer-facing staff who deliver training
• Run the program. Own program operations — learning paths, scheduling, enrollment, and completion tracking — and lay the foundation for a certification or badge track as the program matures
• Support customer conversations. Support Sales and Customer Success as a subject-matter expert on customer calls, briefings, and demos
• Stay current with the product. Partner with Product and Engineering to keep content aligned with releases, and feed customer learning friction back to the product team
• Measure and refresh. Track adoption, completion, and time-to-productivity; refresh content as the platform and AI landscape evolve

Requirements:

• All applicants must currently reside in the United States
• Four to six years in customer education, technical training, enablement, or instructional design
• Proven curriculum design and delivery at scale across multiple modalities, with strength in virtual delivery
• Hands-on content production: screen recording and video editing, course authoring, and learning-platform administration (Camtasia, Articulate, or comparable tools)
• Genuine interest in GenAI and proven ability to self-upskill rapidly to an expert level; direct Generative AI experience is not required
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills across technical, non-technical, and executive audiences
• Self-starter who builds programs from the ground up in a fast-moving, remote-first environment
• Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret clearance
• preferably for a B2B software or SaaS product
• Hands-on exposure to Generative AI tools, prompt engineering, or agent-based workflows
• Experience standing up or maturing a customer academy, learning platform, or certification program
• Experience enabling field-facing technical teams
• Federal, DoD, or national-security customer experience
• Active DoD security clearance at the Secret level or above
• Instructional design credentials or content-authoring experience
