Thriving Center of Psychology is hiring salaried Licensed Clinical Social Workers in New York City. Four days across our Midtown and Soho offices, one day remote. W2 with benefits, a caseload we build with you, and weekly consultation with clinicians who know your cases.
You need an active, clear New York LCSW licence. We are not able to consider candidates still accruing supervised hours.
Most therapist jobs today are 1099 contracts on telehealth platforms, where you work largely alone. We are built the other way.
Salaried W2 with benefits, not per-session contractor pay. You are an employee, with a real salary and real benefits.
Genuine clinical community, with required weekly case consultation alongside colleagues who care about the work.
A steady caseload we help build, so you spend your time with clients instead of marketing yourself to find them.
A balanced, sustainable caseload that protects your time and the quality of your care.
Hybrid across two Manhattan offices and home, so you get real colleagues and real flexibility.
Onboarding that sets you up: professional headshots, a polished clinical profile, a feature on our website, and structured check-ins through your first weeks.
Provide psychotherapy to adults across a range of presenting concerns, in person and by telehealth.
Use evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT and ACT.
Carry a sustainable caseload with the support of weekly case consultation.
Maintain timely, high-quality clinical documentation.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of LCSW, LMHC and LMFT clinicians.
A salary of $80,000 to $105,000 per year, plus performance bonus opportunity.
Full benefits: health, dental, vision and 401(k).
A yearly CEU stipend, plus gym and fitness reimbursement.
Minimal paperwork: no insurance billing and no collections to chase.
Weekly group case consultation plus one-on-one clinical support.
Standout onboarding and a real clinical community.
Two Manhattan offices, Midtown and Soho, on a hybrid schedule.
An active and clear New York LCSW licence.
A master's degree in social work.
At least one year providing therapy to adults independently in outpatient.
Able to work a 40 hour week, with a goal of 27 clients per week.
Comfort carrying a full clinical caseload of adult clients.
A collaborative approach and a commitment to high-quality, evidence-based care.
Experience delivering psychotherapy in person or by telehealth.
