Program Change Lead (Temporary Opportunity up to 10 months)

You’re seeking an exciting opportunity to co-create solutions and develop systems that help keep NSW moving.

Your innovative mindset is key to creating solutions to complex problems. Our systems drive our organisational success and underpin every journey our customers take. This is your opportunity to be part of an expert team who build and refine seamless technology experiences.

In this role, you'll:

Work closely with the Suburban Services and Intercity Services leadership teams, subject matter experts, external stakeholders and unions to lead the people side of change for a large-scale, business-critical transformation program.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Operational Change, you will develop and deliver the program's change management strategy, ensuring the organisation is prepared, supported and ready to adopt new ways of working. Working as part of a collaborative change team, you will partner with program and project leads to integrate change management activities into delivery plans and drive successful business outcomes.

You will provide strategic direction across stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, business readiness and adoption activities, while identifying and managing risks, issues and barriers that may impact successful implementation. Your focus will be on supporting the business through change, accelerating adoption and ensuring benefits are realised.

Working within a complex operational and highly industrial environment, you will build strong relationships, influence senior stakeholders and navigate competing priorities to achieve effective and sustainable change outcomes.

Your resilience, adaptability and strategic mindset will enable you to balance the needs of diverse stakeholder groups while maintaining a strong focus on organisational readiness, adoption and business value.

This is a fixed-term opportunity for up to 10 months with hybrid working arrangements, based three days per week in Burwood.
