Senior AI Engineer

02Launch.com is hiring a Senior AI Engineer to build and ship production AI systems, agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and automations. The role owns features end to end, integrates AI into clients’ existing data and software stacks, and establishes quality through evaluation, observability, and guardrails.

Responsibilities:

• Build agentic and retrieval-augmented systems that run in production, not just demos
• Own features end to end: design, implementation, evaluation, and rollout
• Integrate AI into clients' existing data and software stacks
• Set the bar for quality with evals, observability, and guardrails
