Graphic & Visual Designer Intern Miami | Social Media & Digital Products

ZOVU is seeking a Graphic & Visual Design Intern to shape the visual identity of its restaurant software across social media, marketing and digital products. The intern will create polished visual assets and collaborate with the Product Design team to apply existing design directions and brand guidelines consistently.

Responsibilities:

• You'll create engaging social media graphics, marketing assets, illustrations, icons and visual elements for our POS, reservation platform and other applications
• You'll work closely with our Product Design team, following existing design directions, brand guidelines and Figma layouts to produce polished graphics that fit naturally into our products
• Instead, you'll focus on creating high-quality visual assets that support the work of our UI/UX designers and marketing team
• Contribute graphics and visual assets to actual software products and marketing initiatives

Requirements:

• You enjoy working with typography, colour, composition and imagery to create professional, engaging designs
• You're excited to contribute to the visual identity of a growing technology startup
• You like creating icons, illustrations and graphics that make applications feel polished and consistent
• You enjoy taking creative direction and transforming it into finished designs
• You care about alignment, spacing, visual balance and the small details that make a design feel complete
• You enjoy collaborating with other designers, improving your work and developing your creative skills
• You've created graphics, branding materials, social media content or digital illustrations through internships, freelance work, university projects or personal projects
• You understand typography, spacing, composition, colour theory and visual hierarchy. Your work demonstrates attention to detail
• You're comfortable working with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva or similar tools
• You can create engaging visuals for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn and other digital marketing channels
• You understand how graphic elements fit within websites and applications, and can follow existing UI designs and guidelines
• You can maintain a consistent visual style, prepare assets in appropriate formats and keep your design files organised
• You welcome feedback, ask useful questions and communicate clearly in English
• You've worked on SaaS products, mobile applications or technology brands
• Experience with motion graphics, animations, Adobe After Effects or creating marketing campaigns is especially welcome
