The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating manufacturing operations to meet production, quality, safety, and efficiency targets. This role oversees employee performance, scheduling, training, and workforce development while ensuring production plans are executed effectively. The Production Supervisor works cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement initiatives, support safety programs, manage resources, maintain accurate timekeeping records, and ensure the timely completion of work orders and finished goods.
