As Real Estate Strategy Manager based in the United States, you will be part of the global SRE Portfolio & Strategy Location Strategy team. You will develop fact-based location and portfolio strategies for Siemens across the United States, Canada, Mexico, Central America, and South America, connect local and regional market and regulatory insights with global portfolio objectives, and prepare transparent decision proposals for senior management. In this role, you will work closely with Siemens businesses, country and regional SRE teams, internal expert functions, and external advisors across the Americas Region and internationally.
