Revit is one of the brands in the Belkins group of companies. In 3 years, we’ve grown to a team of 25+ people located all over the world, and so far we’ve made a positive impact on more than 150 clients who trusted our team with their growth and outbound (emails, LinkedIn, cold calling).

At Revit, we show up every day because we love selling ideas, creating new business relationships, solving challenges that might seem impossible, and getting results where others couldn’t — so that like-minded clients who trust us with their outbound and growth can become our years-long partners.

With more extensive support from the other companies in the Belkins group, our 2027 goal is to grow 2x in size and find a way to keep scaling while keeping quality high across the board — from having the best people on the team to onboarding the right clients who match our values and value proposition.

Back in 2017, Belkins started as an appointment-setting agency with just one service offering. Fast forward to today, and we’ve transformed into Belkins Group — a vibrant ecosystem of services and products that define the cutting-edge landscape of the SalesTech and MarTech industries. Among our successes are ambitious start-ups like Revit, which have evolved into standalone powerhouses, as well as innovative products such as Folderly.

This is not a place for everyone, but if you’re looking for a world-class culture and an opportunity to grow, build your career, and make an impact, you’re likely to enjoy being part of Revit and building the future together with us!

And now we’re looking for a Head of Sales: someone who wants to own the number, not just manage the team, and who’d rather be on the call than read about it in a report.

The role

Revit sells outbound, so our own sales team is measured by the same thing we promise clients: real conversations that turn into real deals. You’ll take over the sales team and the number behind it, with one clear goal for 2027 — help us grow 2x:

Double MRR by the end of 2027;
Double our close rate;
Actively support marketing as we double the pipeline.

You’ll work side by side with Nick, our Co-Founder/CEO, the core team across all verticals, and the other brands in Belkins Group.

What you’ll do:

Making 3 AEs better every week. You’ll do call reviews, give feedback, sit in on deals, and jump in to close when it matters.
Owning the number. You’ll handle MRR, forecasts, and monthly plans, and know where we stand and why before anyone asks.
Building the system. You’ll build a sales process that’s clear enough for a new AE to follow, with data that shows exactly where deals get stuck.
Growing the close rate. You’ll find where we lose deals between the first call and the signature, and fix it.
Designing KPIs and incentives that reward the results we actually want.
Being marketing’s closest partner. You’ll shape ICPs and messaging together, so a bigger pipeline turns into revenue, not just a fuller calendar.
Scaling the team as we grow, including bringing in fractional AEs when it makes sense.

What you bring:

A sales leader who wants to own our growth. You’re still hands-on and still on calls, and you can build a team and a process around you.

Sales leadership: 1–2+ years leading a team of 3–4+ people, with numbers that show what changed while you led it.
Digital marketing services: agency-side experience, not a SaaS/product or software development company.
US market: you’ve sold to US clients and know how they buy.
Close rate: ideally 15%+, or a clear story behind your numbers.
Revenue ownership: planning, forecasting, and explaining MRR.
Sales process: you’ve built or run a structured process and improved it with data.
High pace: you get things done and are driven by results.
Good communicator: you listen well, give specific answers, and build relationships quickly.
Curious: you ask a lot of questions about the buyer, the market, and the product.
Proactive: you spot patterns and problems, and suggest ideas without being told what to do.
English: C1/C2.

Bonus points:

Experience with or inside an outbound / lead generation agency.
You’ve led 2x growth before.

At Belkins Group, we care deeply about our team members, and we prove it through:

Competitive Pay: Your dedication deserves more than recognition; it deserves compensation that matches your expertise.

Remote-First Flexibility: We’ve transitioned to a fully remote environment so you can work where you’re most productive. Our flexible hours help you stay agile and focused.

Professional Growth: We’re a launchpad for your career. Through regular feedback, 1:1s, internal mobility, and knowledge-sharing, your growth is enabled and celebrated. We also maintain an internal wiki for insights and a library of the latest business books to keep you sharp.

Well-being focus: Your mental health is a priority. We offer mental health lectures and support for your overall well-being.

Recharge Time: We prioritize your rest with 20 paid vacation days, parental leave, fully covered sick days, and unlimited days off for unexpected needs.

Global Sync: We align with U.S. holidays to keep our global teams in sync.

Memorable Team Experiences: Work hard, play hard — even from a distance. Our online team-building events and all-hands gatherings bring humor, memes, and a lively atmosphere that makes teamwork genuinely fun.
