Event & Digital Content Producer (Part Time or Contract) 

         

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

The purpose of this position is to plan and deliver high-quality events and engaging digital content in Japan, with opportunities to contribute to regional and global initiatives based on experience, capabilities, and evolving business needs.

 

Key Tasks: 
•Plan, organize and produce events (mainly medical conferences, but also internal meetings)
•Live recording/broadcasting
•Coordinate and produce digital content for events/marketing purposes
•Supervise and deploy IT tools related to event processes
•Ad-hoc support of Event team

 

Key Working Relations:
<Internal> Global EDM team, Marketing & Sales teams, Event Organizers across the business
<External> Event Agencies, Virtual Event Suppliers, Creative Agencies

 

 

WHO YOU ARE:

 

<Qualification & Competencies>
•University degree or above is preferred, preferably in communication, film making, digital content creation, or related fields.

 

<Technical Skills>
•Technical Audio-Video expertise
　-Can orchestrate and produce a live hybrid (F2F+online) event, at least small scale
　-Broadcasting of live event (preferably over Zoom and Teams), understanding of video compression and broadcasting technology including network-related 
　-Audio capture and sound treatment
　-Video capture, mixing and editing

•Soft skill : Creative Project Coordination
　-Communication, organization, and self-driven abilities to understand internal customer needs and create, adapt, and deliver relevant event and digital content (2D graphics, logos, flyers etc.)
　-Curiosity & adaptability, especially to new technology and to navigate a large organization
　-Creative making of videos to translate customer vision into an engaging short movie - preferably business oriented

•Language
　-Fluency in Japanese and intermediate or above level for English
