Project Manager- Proxy governance (CONTRACT) REMOTE

Broadridge is seeking a senior Project Manager for its Corporate Issuer business. The role will drive the launch of a new retail proxy voting choice offering, coordinating across teams to support product development, go-to-market activities, and a positive client experience.

Responsibilities:

• The Issuer Project Manager is responsible for helping to drive growth in our Governance and Communication product suite and creating and maintaining a positive client experience with our new product offerings. Specifically, this role is focused on the successful launch of a new offering, tentatively named the Retail Proxy Voting Choice Platform. To achieve success, you will have to partner with marketing, technology, client services, sales, and operations to ensure we are delivering value to our clients

• Product focused sales – able to work side-by-side with sales to ensure that the sales teams understand our product features and value proposition and can clearly articulate our story in a compelling way through effective sales enablement strategy and tools
• Project management – strong organizational skills and ability to deliver high quality execution; results oriented
• Critical thinking/analysis- able to evaluate and respond to client needs and challenges; identify and make considered recommendations for product enhancements
