Agency Operations & AI Systems Builder

Beyond Creator is hiring an Agency Operations & AI Systems Builder to improve the workflows supporting its creative team. The role focuses on organizing creative operations, building practical AI tools and automations, developing and maintaining small applications, and creating clear, usable interfaces.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the team to keep priorities, deadlines and handoffs clear. Understand how projects move from an idea to a finished piece of content, then help that process run better
• Find repetitive work worth improving and turn it into practical solutions. You might simplify a reporting workflow, build a tool for account managers, or connect information so the team can act on it
• Write code, connect APIs and publish applications. Test what you build, listen to the people using it, and leave clear documentation so others can keep using and improving it
• Bring an eye for clear interfaces, good presentation and the details that make a tool enjoyable to use. Help us make technology feel natural within a creative team
